What is the SI and SIR?

1-What does SI stand for?
2- What is the Difference between a SI and SIR?

I think the Japanese SiR just has more hp

i can't tell if you're being serious or not ..

but it's Sport Injection and Sport Injection Racing.

The SiR comes in vogue silver metallic and has heated mirrors .. thats really the only difference, as far as EM1's go (99-00 Si's)

The SiR is only available outside the US. And comes with heated mirrors, I think heated seats, and ABS. Also available in Vogue Silver Metallic.

i did forget about it having ABS standard though.

Miguez, in Canada, it has the same b16a2 engine that comes in American Si. Outside North America, i believe there is a 10hp difference.

The SIR is basically an american SI with a few more luxery options then the american SI (like the heated mirrors and such, but our SI's have heated mirrors too ).

They seem to have the same amount of horsepower and basically the same engine. So no real difference really.
