Your camber is off. All cars are setup with some negitive camber (usually around -1.0 degree) as it helps the car handle better in the turns. When looking at a car from the front or rear, negitive camber causes your tires to look like this / \. Camber is non-adjustable on Honda cars and the more the car is lowered, the more neg. camber you get. Your only solution is to raise the car or get a camber correction kit.

Alternately, if your camber is not to far off, you can try this cheap and easy fix. http://jdmfan.com/technical/suspension/rear_camber/

Actually I believe that toe can wear your tires quicker than camber. What's your alignment? I've been running aorund with 0 toe front and rear and 1.5 negative camber front and 2.2 negative rear, and still have gotten nice wear across my tires. Drove about 20K miles on them so far.

wearing the inside of the tread means some pretty serious toe-out. His car would be unstable as hell at speed if he had enough toe to cause sever inside tread wear.

You probably get regular wear b/c you drive like a bat out of hell to begin with.
