quick question for someone with the 2001-3 civic si (EX in states):
does your rear lip have a semi-circle cut out just above the exhaust pipe? (i have the '99 model and mine bumper cover has got that part cut out).
reason i'm asking...i got rear-ended and am thinking of putting the 2001-3 rear lip on my '99 ride...if i can get it to fit nice...and if it has that same semi-circle on it.
