Question why wont my car prime

ok i have put my new baby in my car and i turn it over to make oil presser but i am not getting any oil or presser what is rong and i have a new oil pump on it too

Mods: act extreme pressure plate, act 6 puck disc, DTMs Exhaust, Short arm intake, ... Still slow though.
