Unhappy Wierd sound...please help

ok when i put my car in reverse and turn...for example when i'm backin out of my driveway and turn....i hear this strange sqeaky noise comming from my steering....can anybody please help me and tell my whats going on?...thanks all in advance

yes i do have power steering...u think it might be that i need to change my power steering fluid?
