Couple Suspension Questions regarding springs

i was considering getting lowering springs until i had enough money saved up to get some coilovers. i was just wondering what would be a better choice: The Tein S. Tech's or the Eibach Pro's..

i was a reasonable drop but i still want a decent ride.

someone had told me that the ground control coilovers were pretty inexpensive and worked well on the dc2...does anyone know how they are on the dc5?
