Today i got in an accident in my RSX-S!!! What really sucks is that the guy who hit me doesn't even have a driver's license or insurance and i just got the car on the 30th of march!! The cop was even telling me how he had 4 citations from before and she was gonna check if he was under the influence of anything. When the SOB (w/ a ghetto ass pick-up) hit me it caused a chain reaction involving 4 cars. so i was sandwiched between two cars and now my front and rear bumper is fucked up and my rear hatch is rammed in. I wish i had a digital camera so i could take some pictures to post but maybe i'll get some pics later. Since the guy who hit me doesn't have insurance i might have to pay for the damages myself so i can prevent my insurance to go up!! I might just get the rear hatch fixed and get a new body kit. Well this is just a reminder to everyone to drive safe and even if ur a god damn good driver u can still get in an accident because of jackasses on the road (like the one who hit me) who can't drive worth shit!
Car: was a 93 civic, wrecked it, nopw its a 2000 chevy malibu, and it has baaalllsss!!!
Mods: ummm, a hawiian steering wheel cover, and a locking gas cap, LOL
when did this happen? i see you live in gilbert, and with an accident as bad as you say it was, it would've been on the news. i'm only saying that b/c i live in both mesa and prescott.
btw, this thread is worthless without pics, get some soon bruva

Ya i know i need some pictures. Actually it wasn't that bad. Just body damage. Shit that can all be fixed. Sorry for not providing pictures. Try to get some soon!
In Cali we have un-insured motorist insurance for such a case. As long as it's just body damage you should be ok but that still sucks dude, especially if you have to pay for it.

Yup...un-isured motorist insurance is also for hit and runs...
Damn sorry to hear. Is it just me or is there alot of "i just got in a accident" posts on sho lately. Its good to hear you are all right hook us up w/ some pics
Who's your insurance agency, your insurance should cover it, there's isn't a no fault clause like in CT were i used to live. My freind with a TL got broadsided by some guy with no insurance and her premiums didn't go up at all. As long as a citation was issued to the other guy or the accident report states that you were not at fault your premiums shouldn't go up a dime.

That's what i thought! Everyone was telling me how BS this was and that i shouldn't be paying for it but my parents kept insisting that we had no control over the situation and that we had to pay for it out of our own pockets. My parents are afraid to claim money through the insurance company being that my premiums will go up and that i am a teen-ager driver a sports car. I'll try to look further into my insurance company to find out if my premiums will go up and thanks for the feedback, Peteez. I also have a police report saying that I'm not at fault. Oh and BTW my insurance company is AAA. THANKS Peteez your feedback is highly appreciated!
