sound...sri
performance...cai.
cai are not as loud but they provide better gains up top. sri aren't really useful till you get the car moving and the hot air in the bay is circulated out. but its loud and the install is ALOT easier

definately an intake. that'll make it louder for sure. cams as well, but that gets pricey and isn't really an easy install if you don't know what you're doing

Consider the weather conditions you live in before commiting to a cai. Otherwise an Intake will definetly make a difference.

weather isn't a factor with cold air intakes...you gotta be pretty dumb to suck up enough water to blow the motor. you basically have to submerge the filter in a puddle deep enough. a little rain and water won't hurt.

ull need two 1k watt amps, and one crossover, once u single out the vtecs frequency, just turn up the bass, and whenever u engage vtec while drivin, make sure ur radio is on loud...that should doit.

i hate the sound of test pipes.
i know it's not the cheapest route, but a carsound cat really is the way to go.

i love the sound of test pipe on my car..
Well... my OEM cat didn't have anything inside it..and I still passed smog..
at the time, i didn't know my cat was hallow and passed smog with flying colors.
So, i just went ahead and put in a 3" test pipe on there, it made my car a little louder, but that's about it. i have better response from bottom end now
