premium fuel vs. unleaded fuel

I have an accord 95 that used unleaded fuel, I'm planning to buy an RSX that use premium fuel
What happend is I use unleaded fuel instead of premium in the RSX?
what's the difference, I know premium is better but what cause this?

premium fuel is unleaded fuel but...The RSX-S needs the Premium because it runs very high compression and needs the clean burning premium 91+ fuel. on top of the running advantage premium will get you better MPG and it creates less carbon build-up on top of the valves. In short it will allow your motor to run better, stronger, and longer.

what are you talking about? all gasoline is unleaded now days. you will damage it if you DONT use unleaded fuel.

no fuel is leaded if it is 110+ octane...and yes it will damage your motor.
