RSX Greddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit Street Legal?

I bought my 02 RSX Type-S about 3 Months ago, and now I have the money to buy Greddy's Bolt-On Turbo Kit. However, and little message in the Installition Manuel says it is Not Street Legal dating back to 2003. I called Greddy and asked if it was Street Legal and the person said it wasn't in Cali but he didn't know if it was Legal in Virginia, which is where I live. Does anyone know if the Greddy Bolt-On Turbo Kit is legal in Virginia?

Its legal in all the east coast states, im pretty sure.

it's legal...but you need to go here before installing that kit. I would strongly recommend you rethink the Greddy set-up...
