so your saying 15 psi would be safe on a k20a2 after tuning

every place that i talk to says 6-8 but that is just a standard for every car. They say the k20a2 has stronger pistons and rods than the base model rsx.

not one correct response.

a real response would be. PSI MEANS NOTHING. 30psi of one turbo is the equivalent of 21 psi off of another. so your question doesn't have an answer because there are so many other factors. tuning doesn't even mean anything with this broad of a question. so give us a specific turbo you're trying to use and then we can answer your question.

Was going to say relatively the same thing. Depends on the turbo.

are you trying to run pump gas? doesn't the rsx-s already have a high compression ratio (like 11:1 or something)?

t3/t4 57 trim turbo at 6-7 lbs would get you a nice 75whp gain with the right tuning and be safe. 11:1 is nothing with a good tuner. evanstuning.com
