Tranny squeak

We've done alot of work to this car short of taking the tranny apart. Our customer brought in an 02 RSX on a TOW TRUCK!! He had destroyed his clutch. So we replace it w/ an ACT street/strip, didnt come with a piltot bushing. Put it together, clutch works like a dream engages and fully disengages just perfect, but it has this chirp that sounds like a bird is in the tranny.
So i found its coming from the tranny, took it out AGAIN and found the pilot bushing was crap, put in new pilot bushing, re-centered clutch and put back together. Was noise free for 5 minutes and same damn thing!

So what i'm getting at is i've been talking with a couple other people and they've mentioned the RSX 6 speed is really weak and ruins bearings, and i've heard bad tranny bearings and this doesn't sound like one. Although it may, but i was wondering if anyone here has experience with these trannys going out and if this sounds like it.
Also bear in mind he did TOW it in so it could have been doing it before and he's trying to pawn it off on us, since we had no way of verifying it before.

Whaddaya think?

Took the tranny off and fired it up. Didn't make the noise. Replaced the throwout bearing because ACT told us they were having a batch of bad ones. Drove the car around. No noise. Good. Replaced exhaust manifold gasket, went on test drive noise back!
I'm starting to think this could be the springs in the friction disc itself. I'm posting this incase of you ever come across the same thing you'll know what to do in the end. Or if you've already dealt with this, chime in!
