Girl Racers

I think girl racers are one of the best things that could've happened to the racing world.. They are just as well capable as a guy to race..

you are just now realising this? A woman can do a lot of things just as well as guys, and note I didnt say everything, because there are a few things that girls cant do at all, if you get my drift. and this isnt the hook up line if thats what the meaning of this post was for.

I find it sexy for girls to be into cars. It gives something to talk about and to share. Plus, just the fact that a girl will work on her own car is great. I for one, am glad to see girls getting more involved in the import scene.

i'm sure if someone offered they'd be glad to pass the wrench to someone else.. i seldom like working on my own cars.. it's mainly like us guys.. we prefer working on our own cars because all the shops will try to royally screw you over. and because it's sometimes fun (at least to me)

well i dont usually like to pass the wrench off to someone else, for the mere fact, that i love learning, especially about cars. I grew up around cars, my father got me into it, and maintaining a car was apart of our requirement in order to get our drivers license when we were younger. its like the other day, i had a blow out, and had to pull over, jack the car up, and change the tire. i had 3 guys stop and ask if i wanted them to do it for me. I kindly declined because I live by a motto, "why let someone else do it for you, when you can do it yourself." i wasnt being mean, i just want to do things myself. Im glad there are guys out there who like to see women tuners, but it wasnt like that when i went to auto tech school. i was constantly harassed by the other students because i was the only woman in that class, but that just made me want to get through it, even more. So you will always have your tuners with negative attitudes, along with the tuners who have positive attitudes. But I think every woman should at least know how to maintance a car, its only for her benefit.

If I had gone to auto tech and there had been a girl in the class, I would have definitely asked her out. My friend just finished about two years ago, he said there was a growing number of girls in his classes from start to finish. I think this is cool.

well im glad that the numbers of women in auto school are changing. unlike the ones who claim to like cars and know about them, when theyre really driving their boyfriends cars.

Asian, lol youre so mean. I cant say that I would hand you your ass, not in racing at least, im all show, no go. But I will race you on foot.

*shrug* could just be that they go to school and no work. I know I had to prove myself to my old employer when it came to work because he was in a sexist mind set, but after proving that I could hang with the big boys, he never said another word to me. *muah*

Then again, what fun is it if someone else bought you a really expensive car? That takes away the pride of having the car...it's better when you worked hard for the car, and work hard on tuning it on your own. It makes you appreciate your car even more, and learn about it.

LOL. I had to change a tire for a guy once. I made him watch so he'd know how to do it next time.
