Once you get down to around 8 gauge you should wait about a month inbetween stages if you want to do it right. I know it takes a long time but if you do it this way your ears will heal naturally between stages

ha i waited about 2 weeks in between mine. ive had my 2's in for like 2 years now though

I rushed the first time and tore my left lobe, then I started over and got to 0 with no issues. The only thing I hait is the fact that the ear stuff stinks no matter how much u clean it.

werdsauce x3. i use to be a cook when i had mine, after 2-3 days, if i turned my headt fast enoug i would get a whiff of the stink.
