Lightbulb 2000 Accord EX New Sound System

Before the question is asked: I have searched endless and read a ridiculous amount of posts and threads. (Not to say I haven't found anything)

I am looking to get a new sound system for my 2000 Honda Accord EX I-4 Sedan.

My price range is anywhere from $500-$1000 total.

This weekend I am planning on doing the BIG 3 upgrades with 0 gauge wires.

I am looking to get new speakers, a head unit, a subwoofer, and whatever else is necessary.

I listen to a huge variety of music, but mostly rap/hip-hop.

If anyone can give me guidance on what name brands work best, where to purchase these items, and most importantly, where I can find the sizes for my speakers and whatnot, it would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. If I swap out that speaker head unit in my dash, where can I buy that little cubby hole I've seen other accord with?

Place to buy stuff
Car Audio Video - Car Subwoofers - Car Amplifiers and Speakers
Onlinecarstereo.Com - Wholesale Car Audio/Stereo Deals At Bargain Prices
WoofersEtc.com - The Online Car Audio Super Store, The largest selection at the lowest prices!

You can find out the speaker size and info like specs at Crutchfield: Car Audio, Home Theater, Speakers, LCD TV, Plasma TV
If you buy the HU from them, they give you everything you need to to install like the harness and the brackets. That is the only thing that I would buy from them because everything else is overpriced.

Elemental Designs
eD has some of the best budget subwoofer that money can buy. They also have some high end stuff but can get pricy. Let me know if you want anything from them they always have sale on there subs, I'll check my email to see what coupon code they are offering.

As far as the amp kit and wiring goes I would buy them here.
Welcome To The KnuKonceptz Online Store

DVD / Video

I have purchased:

These Hifonics Speakers

This Kinetik Battery

and the Alpine ida-X100 Headunit.

I figure I can run the speakers, even though they're 500 watts, strictly with my new uber-powerful battery, and hold off on the amplifier till I have more money.

I am looking at This Amplifier and These Subwoofers, but I want your guys' input.

1. Will that amplifier be enough to power my system?
2. Is that amplifier/subwoofer/speaker combo well-compatible?
3. The mono-block D amplifier is designed to power just a subwoofer, right? So would you have to buy a 4-channel (or whichever one) amplifier to power my speakers? That is, if my battery won't suffice in providing sufficient power to my speakers.
