Boston Acoustics 12.5" Component Subwoofer 12.5LF ProSeries ???

What do you guys think about Boston Acoustics 12.5" Component Subwoofer 12.5LF ProSeries? I was reading the reviews on it compared to JL and they say it pounds a lot cleaner and takes up less space. What do you guys think?

Wow, I have not heard someone ask about these for a while! Car audio is so cyclical. My opinion is that yes they produce nice clean bass. They are also extremely picky about box design. Meaning if Boston tells you 1 cuft, then do 1 cube exactly. They are also pretty damn expensive from what I understand (over $400) For that much you can buy an IDMAX.

Sorry if I'm way off on the price, but that's what I remember from searching for subs a year ago.

save that extra 50 bux or so and get yourself an idmax, it will out displace 2 boston 12" pro's, given bout 1000watts to it.
