W+ IN+ - -3dB TO+ +3dB
WF = woofer/speaker connection
IN/AMP = connection for the amp
TW = connection for the tweeters
+/- 3dB, the sensitivity

What brand is the speaker? Don't you have the manual?

What brand is it? I've never seen any xover like that before.
It looks like they all share the same ground.

it is really hard for me to say cause the pics are too blurry, but any seperate 2 channels should NOT share the same GND unless bridged into one channel unless im missing somethign i am very confused ... most crossovers ive used came with component kits, so you would take a standard +- input and split it to +-h and +-L one set to woofer and one set to tweeter respectively
