HELP: accord door lock noise

accord 96 ex; every time i turn on/off the engine, it has the alarm function on the door locks (lock or unlock it), but the noise is loud and annoying. is there a wire or something I can disconnect so the sound goes off? in addition to that, i think whoever installed that function hooked the electric wire to the window power? 'cause the windows go down really slow….

any advice? thanks.

it'd be nice if you just told me to open the door panels and see the wiring. I can't "go back and have them fix [it]" because the car was purchased like that/hence I put, "whoever", but thanks for the input.
