HIDs + HID battery wire harness = Confused with wiring! *Quality pics* Please Help!!

I ordered the battery wire harness off ebay. It already looks like the 10" power wire is not going to be long enough on the ebay harness

I'm thinking the 2 harnesses that match up on the ballast and bulb connect to each other (2nd pic). Then I am left with 2 spade connectors off the bulb that I will have to splice into the 2 plugs (on the right 1st pic)

The 2 prong plug will plug into the OEM pass. headlight harness.
