Angry Ive won the lottery with decks

If anyone can lend me some advice with my problem id really appreciate it. My first problem was that my stock deck completely fried. So being the type of person i am , I chose to throw it to the side and keep spending money on other things. After about 6 months with no radio or anything I decided I really needed to get a new deck . So I got a deck for Christmas (not a good one) and it hasnt been two months yet and the goddamn thing aint working ALREADY. It keeps saying ER- 1. I looked in the manual and it said lens not reading disc. So I bought a cd player cleaner and that didnt work. Now the lights on the face are flashing almost if its loose or something. My question being do you guys thinks its a bad connection causing the lens not to read the discs or should I send this back to get fixed. I REALLY dont want to take this out AGAIN. Sorry for the really long post but I needed to vent.

It may just be the fact that it's a low quality deck .. :

i lose wire won't cause that. If its under warrenty get it fixed or just get a better deck. OR get a better deck send the broken one out to get fixed and when you get it back sell it.
