need help please

i just bought a cd player for my car that can play video. it only has a 3 inch screen but its ok for me. anyways, it's got a video in and video out. my question is, where do i connect these plugs into? i have the rca cables but i'm not sure where the other end connects to. my audio in and out go into my amp but i can't figure out the video. anyone know?

What brand and model is the player?
You shouldn't need to connect a video in/out to get the built in screen to work.

Typically Video in, means you can send a signal from an outside source like from video games or so or a back up camera.

And Video out means if you want to send a video out to an outside source like to another LCD screen.

its a freeway dvd-2685. i thought u needed to connect those wires for the video to work. i'll try installing it and see what happens.

Sorry I can't find a manual for that player. But I am pretty sure that you don't need to hook up the video input/output to get the BUILT IN screen to play something from the deck itself.
