speakers not working in 94EX. HELP!!

I just had a new pioneer deck installed the other day. I just replaced the drivers side front door speaker today (which took half the morning to get the door panel off). I had to take off the mount that the stock speaker sat in because if I didnt the speaker wouldnt fit. I had just got done hooking it up and mounting it and everything was fine until I closed my door. Poof! No sound from all the speakers. I checked to see if there where any fuses blown but didnt find any. Can anybody help me?! This is really frustrating.

I figured it out with a little help from my gf's cousin. The connectors were touching the inside of the door panel which grounded out all the speakers. I put some electrical tape around them and that did the trick. Everything is fine now. Time to save up for the subs & amp!
