Stock alarm in my 03 sedan

I have been having a problem getting my alarm to arm and disarm consistantly. It will unlock fine when I get into it to go somewhere, but when I get out and try to arm it, i just wont work. Or vise versa. I put a new battery in the key today, and still have the same problem. It just got out of the body shop last week getting some repair done to the door, so I think they might of jacked something up. Any ideas. And wires or fuses I could look at?? Thanks in advance.

there is a module in the door, was the car wrecked? it could have been damaged then. also, depending on what they were doing to the car i don't see how they could have damaged it while working on it, unless they had it out and dropped it. or maybe pinched a wire, or the molex plug in the door jamb is loose.

i would definitely talk to them and at least ask them to check behind their work, but getting them to replace it may be difficult, depending on them.
