what to do after theft of system

well, i used to have a nice set up, alpine iDA-X001 head unit, a box with 3 rockford dvc 10" subs, an 800a2 amp for the subs, and a 400a4 amp for my front and rear components.
well, now i guess i'm going a new route. i want to get a nice sounding system, without amping it, and without a sub. i'm going to be turbo'ing my car, and i really dont want the weight of the box and amps in the back.
can anyone recommend anything that will help me keep the clean/stock look of the car, but i want very good sound quality? can it be done?
thank you to anyone who can help me out.
Joe

Sorry your stuff got jacked, it really suck.
But to answer your question no it is not possible to get a good sound without an amp. You can get a decent sound, but not great sound. Well, it depends on how picky your are.

If you want to keep it clean I would buy a 2 channel amp to power the front stage and let the rear speaker be powered by the headunit. According to crutchfield.com you have 6.5" speakers all the way around. I would go with the best 6.5 comps you can afford, and a pair of decent 6.5" coaxial for the rear powered by the amp.The 2 channel amp shouldn't weigh down your system that much.

i agree, mount the amp under one of the front seats, if you still want a sub, do a fiberglass enclosure in the spare tire well. put a grill on the sub and the factory trunk can cover it, making it completely stealth. use a small 4 channel amp w/ the front 2 channels on a component set, and the rear 2 channels bridged on a single 10 or 12. use quick disconnects on the sub wire, or terminal cup so the sub enclosure can be removed for racing. (the fiberglass enclosure will be much lighter than one made out of mdf)
