04 Accord Available Shocks/Struts

Let me start by saying, I have reviewed the suggested sticky's multiple times. There are few choices for the 03-05 Accords yet. I have gotten a set of Eibach Pro-Line springs and want to add the right aftermarket Shocks. I want the performance handling but do not want a harsh ride. I put alot of miles on this car every year. I wanted the Koni Reds but the Koni only has the yellows available, the yellows are considered for race in the sticky. Is there an opinion whether I will be able to dial them soft to avoid a pounding ride? Are there any other manufacturers that should be considered? Not available Tokico Blue, Illuminus or Bilstein. I was told KYB will wear quikly with the dropped springs. Where do I go from here?

The Koni Yellows are a very good damper designed to work with lower vehicles. When they are adjusted to full soft they are just a little firmer then oe. They are also externally adjustable. Most people run one full turn from full soft most of time. I have run the Koni yellows for years. I run mine in full soft every day and then turn them up when I go auto crossing.

KYB AGX's are supposed to be awesome for the price for a Civic. Is that not the same for an Accord?

The civic is probably quite a bit lighter. The KYB's were not recommended as much as the Koni's by Eibach. You are right about the price, they are alot less expensive than the Koni yellows. The price of the Koni's is about the only thing holding me back from getting them, Tire Rack qouted $640 for the set (ouch). I guess you get what you play for.
