you have to take the whole unit out.
Undo the upper,lower balljoints and the tie rod end.Remove the knuckle / hub
find a socket to fit the inner ring,two hits with a SF(hammer) and the hub will come out.
This will expose the outter bearings so be carefull with dirt, rust ect.
It is also a good time to check your lower ball joint.
