As long as your wheels don't have any negative camber when you put your new setup on it wouldn't be necessary unless you plan on auto cross or time attack.
And even then it would depend on your setup and style

In contrast to owners/builders of traditional muscle and sports cars who seek to improve the performance of already potent platforms,
we welcome the challenge of making performers out of cars that were never intended to be such.
My car was dropped by the previous owner and my camber is off (bottom of wheel is out more) in both front and rear. Do most drop kits need camber kits, cus i see lots of lowered cars, and none look like mine :S

yeah your tires will wear on the inside WAY more and you'll go through them quickly. get a good camber kit from ingalls or another reputable manufacturer for the front and you can use washers in the rear. search and you shall find.
premature tire wear does not come from a negative camber setting. i run about 4* negative camber for race days & canyon days and 2* for daily driving up front. about half that in the back. i've been on the same tires for about a year now (that's about 20k miles). i just set my toe to zero. a non-zero toe setting is what causes tires to prematurely wear. do a search on this.

man i guess my toe was WAY off too when i lowered my integra then, because it was aligned "the best they could do" after neuspeed sports, and the tires were chewed on the inside after 2 weeks.. i mean they were on the way out, but there were belts showing inside in way too short of a time. i'm not saying you're wrong, but the camber was the only thing off according to them, and they don't sell tires.
any time you go for an alignment, ask for the readouts before and after.
yeah i would now, especially if i were running those springs with no camber kit.. but it was a long time ago. i actually wrote a letter to sport compact car about it and waited to see if it got printed to do anything. i think it's in the august 2000 issue.
