civic and accord swap suspensions

i have a 93 accord and i put in a ditch drifting a fwd haha and i want to know do the the rear suspensions on a 94 civic and 4 door accord swap i mean the look some what the same put i haven' t tore them apart see cause it be a waste of time if there not i am a tech so be specific please. any answers or lead would be nice thanks

99.9% sure they are not interchangeable. The cars are different platforms.
