H&R Sportline + Monroe Sports on 93 Prelude?

Hey guys,
I'm FINALLY lowering my prelude (thank God). My shocks are blown, and I'm suffering from a nasty wheel gap as well since putting my 17" Akuza Kreepin's on... soo, might as well lower it!

I've done my research and I think I'm going with the H&R Sportline package. However, I'm wanting to know if the Monroe Sport shocks from most of the repair shops around here would be good enough?

My car RARELY frequents the track, so I'm really just wanting a good street setup without having to sacrifice my great ride quality (well the one I had before my shocks blew)...

So anywyas, I'm not wanting to dump $800 into a suspension setup that I'm only wanting to perform a little better/tighter than stock. Thus, my questions on the monroe sport shocks

My friend lowered his civic a couple months ago with Tiens and KYB shocks. It handles like a dream, but it's bumpy as hell and is hard to ride in. I'm NOT wanting my setup to be like this for my daily driver.

Thanks much!

ps.

What about the KYB GR-2's?

If you would like to have good handling on the track and comfort when u on the street, you maybe try a new brand of Posji Tech..I just had one for my 92 Civic two weeks ago...I saw this brand from the HIN in LA. it looked good and of course the price is good too...It has 20 levels damping adjustment and made by aluminum!! u can spend less than $800 to get a full set of function coil-overs like Tein Flex Type....why not~~~lol
