H&R Springs

I'm going to be doing my suspension soon hopefully and I am going to get KONI yellows and I'm trying to decide on spring. Will i notice a difference in handling between the OE sport spring and the sport springs or is it just the difference in how much it lowers the car? Also if anyone has any pictures with either could you post them up.
Thanks

The h&r *OE* sport is an excellent spring if you are looking for a small drop and "sportier" ride. However the koni yellow is overkill for that setup. You would actually be fine with a near stock shock like a kyb gr2, kyb agx, etc.

If you go with a regular H&R Sport, then the koni yellow would be a good choice to pair it with.

So the yellows will be fine with the oe sport, but they are overkill.

I agree...I have kyb gr2's with the oe sports on my
daily, and it's nice in both looks and ride, but the combo's
not what I'd get for "the baby". Still, I'd recommend
them if money's an issue and/or you just wanted a
mild drop and have it handle a lot better in the curves.

EDIT: BTW...Here's a "before" pic:

If the roads are bad, then h&R sports will probably give you a harsh ride. Also, the konis are expensive enough that you could get a set if 8k/6k PIC coilovers for the same money and have a smoother ride.

On a scale of 1-10, rate these 2 things. Keep in mind that you have to compromise one to get the other :

Ride Comfort
Handling/Performance

Hmm well I'm not to worried about comfort so I wouldn't mind a harsher ride then stock so id say 4 and for performance that is important to me so id say 7-8.I'm going to look into the PIC coilover. Thanks for the help I'm new with suspension.

I just did a bunch of research on springs. Now...I was looking for springs for a 91 Civic...so take this fwiw, but I found lots of good things about H&R. Very high marks on review sites, sounds like they don't sag, and drop heights are supposed to be pretty true.

The "rough" ride on the Sport spring has been about 65-35, with 65 saying the ride is very good. You might google "H&R integra" and look for reviews.

I just bought the H&R Sport, which is a 1.9/1.8 drop for my car, but they won't be to my house until the 19th.
