I have some arospeed coilovers and their springs suck a$$. I need help on which springs to get. I am going to put these springs on my coilover sleeves so I don'y really need springs that are super low. I corner hard and drive like it's stolen. I have koni reds also and all the bars/braces except a c-pillar and front lower tie brace. I'm not trying to spend a whole heap of money some nice race springs with very little drop, don't wanna blow the konis . Some non saggy springs that will hold up to some abuse.

I want the ability to raise and lower at will. That's the only reason I still have them. I hear people say'n h&r. What are some other good cheap springs.

well technically everytime you raise or lower the car you need to get an alignment. so you will be paying out the ass for either alignments or tires. Toe is the #1 tire eater.

I went from a 1.5 inch drop to 1.75 inch ain't hurt shit yet. It actually messes with the camber, that has been fine too. i have never went with a 2 inch drop my tire rub, but sometimes I raise it for the snow. I have about a 1.75 drop now. Are there any race/sport springs that have VERY LITTLE drop and are stiff, I mean stiff enough not to sag?

you cant buy springs that are a different brand and put them on the adjustable sleeves you have from arospeed. if you want better springs get rid of the arospeed.
some h&r or neuspeed sports will be nice with konis but the race springs will also work if you're looking for a more dramatic look and higher spring rates. race springs do have higher spring rates but they also drop more (around 2.5 front and 2.25 rear)
what you can do is get 94+ integra springs (higher spring rates than civics) and your car will not drop as low but you'll have a firm ass ride. i used to have neuspeed race springs from an integra with koni yellows and it was nice but STIFF

thats the problem...they wont fit. you cant put h&r springs on your arospeed sleeves. the h&r's or any of the aftermarket springs for that matter are longer than the arospeed springs and i also belive that the inside diameter is not the same either.
look at these neuspeed springs for a 92-95 civic
now look at these ground control coilvoer springs for 88-99 Civic /CRX etc., 90-01 Integra etc.
sorry but i couldnt find a good pic of arospeed coilovers but they basically look the same.
as you can see for yourself i dont think its possible to do what you want. sorry.

you have h&r sports right? i know you have a diff. car than me but honestly how is the ride compared to a stock feel? what kind of shocks are you on? the reason im asking,
i am buying a new setup and was originally getting a full setup, either the apex ws, or h&r full coilover(ya know the 1 grand kit)
anyways, i must have a NON BOUNCY ride it can be stiffer than stock (not too too stiff) but i really hate it being bouncy.
also, if i get the h&r sport springs i will deffinetely get the koni yellows. thanks in advance for some advice man

h&r sports and koni yellows will not be bouncy. the springs are stiffer than the stock shocks but since they only drop the car less than 2" you still have some suspension travel left and the yellows will be able to handle the drop with no problem.

I'm riding on h&r sports w/koni yellows on my daily driver and I love them I had to adjust the shocks a bit to get things dialed in the way that I like, but I'm very happy with the setup.

I am riding on H&R race springs with KYB agx adj shocks. I think they are a little low for DD. although I just deal with it.
I suggest going with the H&R sport and koni yellow set up. Its a GREAT set up. It should be a little more stiff than stock. if you used to driving on stock for a long time...the sports MAY feel a lot stiffer....but you will be surprised at how much better your handling is. The drop is VERY easy to drive on. you won't scrape your tow hook, or any other parts of your car at all! especially if you angle up steep inclines....and speed bumps ain't no thang!
I wish I had sport springs...or yellows to raise up my race springs. I also think camber kits are a PITA!!!!!!! so I definitly say...go with that set up!
