Is Hyper Black really black?

I have finally decided on rims for my car...5zigen fn01r-c in hyper black. I was about to order when I read some reviews that describe the color of the wheels. It is difficult to tell from the ads what they will really look like in person. Can someone who has the 5zigen hyper black rims confirm that they are indeed a black color, and not something else like a gunmetal finish? I believe they are painted and have a glossy finish that appears to be like a black chrome from the pictures.... tks for you help

what i have noticed from the wheels i sell here at my store. that most hyper black wheels are generaly a shade of gunmetal with some type of pearl effect. but it does vary from wheel vendors.

no i would have to order it. we don't regularly deal with 5zigen.i would have to get from one of my vendors.

huh nope , only in pics, and I concur that it's a sort of OPAL/Gunmetal/Pearl-ish color, I like it though, and 5zigen is a quality brand so I wouldnt worry about being dissapointed.

Is a light silver/black a little different than a standard gun metal which I think has a little more gray in it.

Thanks for the description....but the link doesn't seem to work. It takes me to the main page for wheels. Do you even sell the 5zigen hyper black wheels? I can't find them on you web page...tks

Sorry, I have fixed the link. No we do not carry 5 Ziggen. This is a picture of an Enkei model we carry but just thought it may help with color as I think they are similar.
