Exclamation Pedal Play

Recently I had a reptured brake line on my Accord, after diagnosing the problem I ordered a new set of Stainless Steel Brake Lines. Along the course of changing out all the factory lines I had to replace one of the lines running from the ABS Module to the Caliper due to a stripped nut. After bleeding the brakes I've noticed that there still is about an inch and a half of pedal play before the brakes feel as if they're being engaged. As of right now there are no other visible leaks within the system and I have not seen any fluids that are leaking out. What reccomendations do you guys have and is there anything else that could possibly be wrong with the car ? Thanks much

-Aj

you might have to bleed the ABS module too.

Alright I bled the module and that seems to have helped somewhat but now my ABS light won't stop coming on and the pedal still has a little bit of travel when I start to drive it. I think I'm gonna drain the entire system and then refill it with some fresh fluid to see if that helps. I guess I'm gonna have to check the seals as well because I have no idea what the hell is going on here and I'm finding it to be something that perturbs me a bit.

Thanks for the help Aj

that is just normal...there will always be that amount of play in the brake pedal...i have the same amount of play after upgrading to stainless steel lines...
even a mechanic at the dealer near me says thats the norm for our accords
