Well no Civic. but have a 95 Accord with the 2.2 drop H&R springs. Love them better ride then skunk2's were. But I needed camber kit. I was on 18's. One of my boy has a civc with 18's not 17's and he needed a camber kit also. Never really seen anyone who didn't need camber kits.....

What H&R Springs are you talking about? The Sport springs or the Race springs? I have a 93 civic hatchback with the sport springs, with 15's and no camber kit, and the ride is awesome and my camber isn't bad at all.
you'll be off by about -1.2 to -1.6 degrees
in the front and rear... the size of the rims/tires changes some suspension geometry, but not the camber, toe or caster so u should need to worry about that. the camber will be the same for 13" rims to whatever size u like.
whether or not you'll need a camber kit? that's really up to u, but i'd strongly recommend getting one. not only will your tires wear out fast, so will your bearings! and those cost way more than the tires.

no prob... what kinda shocks did u plan on getting? just to let u know... tokico blues won't handle the drop, and i think kyb's also don't recommend drops over 1.5" (cause you'll bottom out on the shocks... i guess). just make sure u get some good ones. cheap ones will just make the ride seem rougher and harsher.
