There are lightweight 18's but they very high and they probably cost more then the car. You could get Volk, blitz, Ray's, O.Z, BBS, 5zigen etc. Depending on what you are going to do with car 18's might not be for you. I have 18's on all my car's but it is for basically looks and the ride is pretty ruff, if i race some one I put on slick's. This my old CX with 18's

yea man i love that hatch bro looks so sweet. i like how those 18s looks cause you have absolutely no wheel gap. yea price is the main thing, i would do 17in too i just love that look with the really thin tires and big rims. and thanks for the brand names will check them all out but u reminded me my boy used to have a vw with BBS and it looked sweet too.

Get a 15" wheel. Wheel is cheaper. They are lightweight. Great tire selection. Tires are cheaper. Gives you enough sidewall to provide a comfy ride.

x2
One thing, big rims and performance are hard,if not impossible to have together.Decide the route you wanna take with your car,if you wanna go looks go with 18's but if you want Up and go, go with 15's.

Even if you want looks, I still wouldn't recommend more than a 17" wheel. Keep in mind that the tire protects the rim. The bigger the rim, the less tire you have to protect it. If you are using 18's, your tires will have a very skinny sidewall. You don't want to bend a rim everytime you hit a pothole.
As for wheel brands, be sure to take a look at rotas. They make quite a few quality budget friendly wheels.

It would be best if you don't go past 16 there are a lot of good looking rims for 16 and just get some low pro tires man....

Most people dont get big wheels because they dont have the power to pull them. If you make anything over 300hp you will spin them even in second gear. 15,16's are no good unless you running all motor. Out of 19 set's of wheels 17's and 18's I have only bent one set of 17's and that pot hole would have bent a 15 inch wheel. Wheels have come a long way since the 90's it's hard to bend one unless you cant drive.

can i ask why you want 18" RACING wheels in the first place?
generally, you'd never need RACING wheels, not to mention to spend all that money on them, if you're just cruising around town to show off...
some people who do race or do lap days on roadcourses have 18" wheels and tires so that they can fit larger brake rotors/calipers to prevent brake fade, and to increase lateral grip, though going that high with an eg may be negligible, as in many cases, 17" may do...
seeing as you only have a d series and don't seem to be making horsepower above 200, and haven't made any modifications to your brake setup, not to mention, don't seem to be the type to participate in open lap days, i think there are better ways to spend the investment...
but then again, i'm an old fart in these parts...
i don't know what's in vogue with you kids these days...
j/k

18s for racing purpose is not advisable. 16s is just fine if you want looks on your race car. Volk Rays, O.Z., Gramlights are just some good choice.

forgot to mention before...
i actually do race my car...
and use 15" rota group n wheels wrapped in falken azenis rt615 tires...
we guys who participate in motorsports have real life budgets and families and jobs we work our hobby around...
a guy like me is not going to blow $3000 just for rims to be in vogue for a car show... that money is spent towads seat time...
but if you do have that kind of money to throw around, well i envy you!
