Rear Brake Lines?

So my father takes a corner to sharp and runs over the center island. About half ways down the street his brakes go out and he needed to use the E-brake.

The bottom lines coming from the front to the back under the car ( near the clutch) are broken.

We're not sure whats the problem, there is fluid leaking from the middle of the car. If the lines were for the rear brakes, wouldnt that have effected the ebrake?

The local shop cant find any of the parts to order.

Its a 98 civic dx hatch running a y7.

you should only need parts 8 and 10 from your description, so if you can do the work it shouldnt be much more than 200

Damn the car's just sitting in a shop, but with school, probably no chance I can get them, but thanks for the offer.

Yeah we're looking around junk yards for them.

They are just hardlines... Any reputable shop should be able to make you a new one or fix the ones that you have by splicing in a new piece... However I have no clue what they would charge to make new ones... Might be cheaper to just get new oems.
