Question rim color and finish

I was thinking about getting white rims to match my white 99 accord coupe but I was worried about the finnish on them and how durrable it is. I have seen rims colored get scrated and I don't want to deal with that. people have told me to get them powdercoated wich is fine but if they already are what is the point. in short ( I know too late) I want rims to match my car be durrable enough for daily driving and all wether conditions, would I be better off just getting billit rims with no finnish then get them powder coated my self or get them finnished already?

Actually I would just get some silver or gunmetal wheels. You wouldnt believe how good gunmetal looks on white. But if you insist on having white, it is very hard to find a white that matches the white on your car, my friend has a white civic and had white wheels that didn't quite match up, it looked decent from a distance but at night under street lights and up close it didnt look very good at all. Sorry to hate on your idea I just want to make sure you know everything. But there are some brands that coat their wheels heavier than others, and they also make wheel paint that you could always use to patch it up if you curb one or something like that. Hope this helps man.
