suspension/steering issues

I have a 94 civic coupe. Recently it has become almost undrivable. After to get to about 40mph its starts to just pull whatever way it feels like. Like the front is all loose or like the wheels are fighting each other for the power?????. When your changing lanes in either direction, you can be doing it all careful and then it just swerves real fast on it own. like its driving on its own.. So what do I do?

Check the front 32mm wheel nuts to make sure the hubs aren't sliding on the axles.
