I found out something strange. I was looking to buy some new tires and was going to buy it directly from typing the tirerack website but I remember that sho is supposered by tirerack and there is a link. So I used the link from SHO and tried to buy the same tires. I notice that the tires that I was going to buy was not on there. So I check the site again but typing it in and the tire was there.
From the SHO tirerack link, it the 205/50/16 size only came up to 37 tires and on the direct link it came up to 47 tires.
Just wondering why dont they have the same selections?

Thank you for your question. I do not have an answer right now , but am checking on it.
I found out the answer. It was because when you go through the link, the first thing you do is to give the info on the cars. When you give the info, they only show tires for that car. Even though all the tires are the same size, different cars have different speed rating. My car was a 99 prelude and it requires a Z rated tires, and the tires that I wanted was a H rated. When I went to the website itself, I went straight to the tires without inputting the info on my car.
I think it was you that called me this morning about my tires are only rated to go up to 130mph, while Honda wants a Z rated tires which is 150mph. I thought it was funny that you guys have to put a disclaimer on it, because there is no way I can/would reach 130mph. But I totally understand why you guys did. Thanks for the call.

tirerack is friggn' awesome...
though i have not bought my last set of tires from them (falken azenis rt615) for autocrossing *cough* falken *cough*rudy* (), i did place an order for my brake pads last week (hawk hp+) and got them the next friggin' day! talk about fast! totally unexpected!
any time i have ordered tires from them, they were bundled nicely, and have been great.
and even though you may not end up buying from them, they should be the 1st place anyone goes to when even starting to think about what tires to get for their car... their database is unequalled.

Thanks so much!!! I love you guys. By the way not sure what size your running but next time step up to the Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R. Faster times then the Falken
