Yes...another question on wheel fitment

I have searched but I want to make sure before I buy new tires and wheels. The car is a 1995 hatch with Tein flex at about 1.75" drop from original. I have 2000 si wheels with 195/55/15 wheels on the car now with no problems, even with four people in the car. I plan to purchase 5zigen fn01r-c 15" wheels (15x7...42 offset) and either Falken Azenis RT-615's or Hankook r-52 tires, 205/50/15 size. Does anyone know if I will have any clearance problems with 205/50's on a 7" wide wheel. Appreciate any help.....oh ya I really don't want to raise the height the car to clear tires....tks
