`00 B16 into my 96 EX

Right now im in the middle of installing a usdm 00 b16 into my 96 ex... the only thing im unsure of is the wiring, and changing out the ecu's... which part of the harness will i need to replace.. from looking at them both, at most parts they look the same... and I have heard that the plugs (that go in the ecu) on a 96 are different from the plugs on a 99-00... what do i do for this? can i get some kind of harness.. or can i repin the wires.. i know how you repin them... i did it to install my gsr cluster.. well i could use all the info i can get before i dig into this.

thanks

I used my stock ex wiring harness for the motor, evrything worked out good there.. just had to do some extending... for where it connects into the ecu, u have a few options, and thats because in the 99-00 hondas they used OBD 2.2, so the chasis harness is different....so u can :

use your si ecu, and get an adapter harnes...i believ around 230 from jdmhondaparts.com

or you can get a 96-98 ITR ECU....thats what i did, i got it for 280 on ebay....or u can use the same year CTR

which rear bracket are you referring to? the rear engine mount to the firewall??

and you have to have either the del sol vtec ac mount or the civic si ac mount, right? Why won't the civic mount work? also why wouldn't and integra mount work?
