i visit japanese used car websites frequently. I saw the toyota cavalier and was confused. it seems some of the japanese would remove the toyota sign and put on a chevy sign.

this has happened quiet a few times. due to the interest of the asia car market to gm and ford. they are quiet a few korean cars that had been sold under ford and gm names. i guess thats why gm merged with daewoo to create gm daewoo.

That always amazed me - I can tell the difference between an Accord EX and an LX from any angle at 1/4 mile; but put a Mitsu Eclipse, Plymouth Laser and Eagle Talon right next to each other and I'm baffled.
International model swapping is peculiar, but it happens.
