automatic swaps for the pro...

ok heres the issue that im having. i have a 94 civic dx hatchback automatic, with a jdm b18c automatic engine. im done with the swap and everything, just ran into a little transmission problem. i have 2 options to use as far as ecu goes. i have ajdm automatic b18c 4 plug ecu (4th plug is tcm). and them i have a auto p28 with an integra tcm. ive tried using both of those unit and wiring it up to the best of my knowledge using pinouts and everything, but my transmission just isnt fuctioning right. when i put it on d4 it only has 2 gears and takes a long time for it to shift, but if i manually shift it from 1 to d4 then it shifts but i feel that its not putting enough power out because it takes awhile for the car to pick up. i just want to be able to put it on d4 and let it shift normally like it suppose to. can anyone point me where to have this problem fix, or tell me how to wire the tcm up. a diagram would be excellent. thanks for the help guys...
