b16B swap; now I'm wondering if its complete

So Im new to the site but with what I assume is an old problem.
I paid a shop to do the swap in my '96 Civic EX coupe. It has been a long time since and I have moved a couple of times. Some friends were looking under the hood and noticed two wiring harness plugs that did not have a home. I think one is the Intake temp sensor, the other I don't know. Which leads me to another idling low rpm hesitation that i am also having. Anyway, Said friend also thinks that the exhaust manifold does not look like that which would be on a B16B. I am also wondering now if my tranny is actully the LSD that was supposedly part of the "entire front clip" that I bought . I live in Riverside, Ca now and I am wondering if there is any places nearby that I could have a real professional look over the swap and check for completness. Also, does anyone have any ideas on how to check some stuff from my own garge to give me some piece of mind. The LSD...I mean the tranny onboard does have a barcode number on it. Is there a way to look up JDM engine info like that??
