b18c-r

i am planning to buy a 96 Civic EX and do an engine swap. the engine i am shooting for is the b18c-r full swap from jdmhondaparts.com. is the b18c-r from the integra type r or the civic type r? will the engine work in a 96 civic without any mods? one final question, is there a difference between jdm and usdm? thanx

i'm not 133% sure, but on a 92+ a b16b or b18c5 should bolt right in. Wiring is the only think you may have to worry about. Its a lot less time consuming swap compared to a b series into a 88-91
