well why would u put a non vtec head on a non vtec block, it will mak ethe engien not reliable at all and just ruin it...i am guessing he definitly meant a cr/vtec set up, just cuz he didnt say b18c or b18b but he didnt hevemn put an engien code on teh b20 so who knows

a b20 head flows like poo compared to any b18 head..ls or gsr or typer
puttin ga b18b head on a b20b block is probably the smartest thing u can do, it'll also raise ur cr alittle bit as well and the intake valves are bigger..
do some research thats a quick little car

down here in louisiana we have 4 so far
b20z with a b18a1 head
b20b with a b18a head
b20b with a b18b head
and a b20b with a b18b1 head
all have made very good low / mid range safely rev to 7200-7400 and run low 14's in 4 dr civics.

I think your info is off. The valves are the same and one version of the crv engine has bigger valves and is harder to come by . I think it is pr8. All i know for sure is that 90 percent of b18 b20 heads are the same.
Mods: All stock, for now. Hooked up the stereo though.

Thats correct. And its more like 97%. By and large, the LS and B20 heads are EXACTLY the same.
Hondapride... what are you talking about? Putting an LS head on a B20 wouldnt make any difference, since they are the same head.
