b20 vtec swap

ok, i want to build a b20b vtec and right now i have a jdm d15b vtec. i was wondering what all has to be done to do this swap correctly into my crx. i dont want to go the cheap way out, but not the expencive way either. things i need oppinions on are

what head should i use?
what tranny should i use?
what kinda hp shoud i look for?
1/4 mile times?
complication of the swap?

Lots of work to be done with that swap, tap oil lines, use the b16 head a guy round here did a crvtec swap an he used that head an that motor was pretty stout. he caught 4th gear a few times with it also. good motor just alot of money, us gsr tranny.
