B20B vs. H22/ different civics

Me and my boy been in the import scene since 1996(me) and him since before that. We have always helped each other out and always competed to have the faster car. We even flipped in a 5th gen coupe together.

Anyway he just bought a 92 Civic CX w/ H22A in it and intake and exhaust. He says it a monster and I believe it. Low 13's.
I'm stuck with a 89 Hb. Will a B20 4th gen hand with a H22a 5th gen? If not what mods will a B20B need to even consider taking on a H22 hatch?

I have a DOHC ZC in now so will a B20 swap be pretty simple as far as wiring?

He wants me to come down to his state to drive it and I want to have a lil something something for it. Not neccessairly beat him just not get toasted by more than.........let's say 2 or 3 cars.

Am I dreaming or is it possible for the B20B to hang with bolt-ons?

JAYMAN320 is an unknown quantity at this point
b20 alone? either turbo, b20/vtec, or both could easilly resolve the problem with the h22.
