built h22 in ek help

hey guys i just picked up a 96 hatch with a h22a swap. it has fully done head,cams,450cc injectore rail,regulator,wires,header,ud pulleys. Car has p72 ecu with hondata s300. car will only start with the b18c5 turbo map. also it will idle fair with that but the car will not rev above 2500 rpm. driving in 1st gear once it reaces that rpm it just drops rpm completly. no codes on hondata. vtec is not hooked up could that do it? has a vtecfrog.com jumper. Is there any wires or sensor that could cause this. even at idel in nuatrual will not rev above 2500 rpm.45. to 50 fuel pressure. new plugs, wires, dist. no one i talk to can figure why it will only run on this map.

take it to the tune shop and get it tunned that will end your problem
