Just the standard volume of a cylinder times number of cylinders.
If you want to use mm, you'll get your answer in cubic mm instead of cubic centimeters. I usually just convert to cm for bore and stroke to get the displacement in cc.
[pi[bore/2]^2][stroke] = displacement
